Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

1.    We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.

2.    To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged will not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1.    Contact our customer support team at losilk.vn@gmail.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.

2.    Once you receive the RA number, securely package the items you wish to return, including a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation email.

3.    Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned items and inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 15-20 business day for the refund to appear in your original payment method.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you'd like.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we may provide a prepaid return label in this case.
