Step 1: Personal Consultation

Our sale assistant will discuss to understand your preferences, style, and vision and help you to pick the right design.

Step 2: Fabric Selection

At Lơ Silk, we have quality fabric swatch chart with multi color, you can choose the color which suits to your taste.

Step 3: Take measurement.

Our sales team will assist customers in taking measurements at the showroom. For customers who are located far away, we will send a measurement guide so that you can measure yourself.

Step 4: Crafting

Every piece at Lơ Silk is carefully crafted by over 20 years artisans, with an commitment to quality and detail. It takes us about 5-7 days to finish your bespoke silk dress.

Step 5: Fittings 

We understand the importance of a perfectly fit. During the fitting sessions, our team will make an ecessary adjustment to ensure the dress meet your expectation.

Step 6: Delivery 

The product will be carefully packaged according to Lơ Silk's standards. For domestic customers, you will receive the item within 2-3 days. For international customers, you will receive the item within 7 days to 2 weeks, depending on the region and shipping service.

Step 7: Ongoing Care

We offer ongoing care and maintenance advice to ensure your silk items remain as breathtaking as the day you receive the product. Please follow our Warranty Policy as below link.
